Barsbacken, between Lögdö and Edsåker, has been considered a true haunted spot. If one is to meet someone who has died in the area, it is said to happen there. A farmer claimed that he had been thrown far to the side of the road on that slope by some kind of revenant, but those who knew him considered it more likely that he had been drunk and fallen over.

Barsbacken, mellan Lögdö och Edsåker, har ansetts vara ett riktigt spökställe. Skall det vara non möte någon, som dött här i trakten, så skall det ske där. En bonde påstod, att han av någon slags gengångare blivit kastad långt på sidan vägen där i backen, men de som kände honom ansåg det troligare, att han varit full och kört omkull.
