English translation
A tailor went from Malstabodarna to Sörlindsjön. He was going there to sew, which is why he carried his tailor's scissors in his hand. On the way, he met two pigs. He brandished the scissors at them, and then he saw that the pigs were his deceased father and his likewise deceased friend. The latter had been a sorcerer in life and was called "Gammel-Rallern" (Old Rallern). The tailor became ill from this sight and had to lie in bed for 14 days.

En skräddare gick från Malstabodarna till Sörlindsjön. Han skulle dit och sy, varför han bar skräddarsaxen i handen. Mötte han så två grisar på vägen. Han hyttade till med saxen mot dem, och då fick han se, att grisarna var hans avlidna far och dennes likaledes avlidne vän. Som före hade varit trollkarl i livet och kallats "Gammel-Rallern". Skräddaren blev sjuk på denna syn och fick ligga i 14 dagar.
