English translation
When my parents lived in Holm, there was a man who took his own life by hanging himself in a barn. They said that he then walked again for a long time. When it was dark, they often saw a man coming from the barn with a stick-torch in his mouth. It was supposedly the dead man. When they thought they would see him, he did not show himself. It was only "unexpectedly" that this occurred.

Då mina föräldrar bodde i Holm, var där en karl, som tog sig av daga genom att hänga sig i en lada. De sade, att han sedan gick igen en lång tid. Då det var mörkt, såg de ofta en karl komma från ladan med ett stickbloss i munnen. Det skulle vara den döde. Då de tänkte, att de skulle få se honom, visade han sig icke. Det var bara "oförvarnandes" detta inträffade.
