English translation
In Ansåsen, where the new highway passes through, it is said to have been haunted. This is said to be due to a person having been murdered there. – A couple of drunk boys came driving along the road. One of them said: "Is this where that headless old woman usually appears?" He shouldn't have said that, because the sled became so heavy that the horse almost couldn't make it to the village.

I Ansåsen, där nya landsvägen går fram, skall det ha brukat spöka. Detta skall komma sig därav att en person där blivit mördad. - Ett par fulla pojkar kom och körde vägen fram. Säger så en av dem: "Är det här, den där huvudlösa käringen brukar visa sig?" Det skulle han inte ha sagt, för det blev så tungt på släden, att hästen inte höll på kunna ta sig fram till bys.
