English translation
It also haunted the rectory once, after an old priest who could not find rest in his grave. The maids lived in constant anxiety. They heard how the old priest padded around at night in a pair of soft Finn-boots, which he used to wear during his time on earth. One day, one of the maids saw him come in through the closed door, dressed as he usually was in his lifetime, in boots with ties. The maid told the new priest about the incident, who said he knew his predecessor well, but added: "I have spoken with him today, and he has promised not to come back here anymore." The old priest kept his word; from that day on, he was never heard from again.

Pigorna gingo i ständig ångest.
