English translation
Many years ago, a girl died in Stöde who also "walked again" (haunted). It was even the night of the day she was buried. They first heard her in a room that had been hers. Gradually, she was everywhere in the house and sometimes even showed herself. After a while, they brought the priest one day to "read her out." He walked through all the rooms with an open Bible in hand, and upon reaching the porch steps, he stopped and read for a while. From that day on, no one saw or heard the girl.

För flera år sedan dog i Stöde en flicka, som också "gick igen". Det var t.o.m. natten på den dag, hon jordades. De hörde henne först i ett rum som hon haft som sitt. Så småningom var hon litet varstädes i huset och visade sig även ibland. Efter en tid hade de dit prästen en dag för att "läsa ut" henne. Han gick genom alla rum med en uppslagen bibel i handen, och kommen på brotrappan stannade han och läste en stund. Från den dagen var det ingen, som såg eller hörde flickan.
