English translation
The Misses Lindberg, daughters of Pastor Lindberg here in Resele, had been away and were driving home by horse. At the steam sawmill in Rå, they felt that someone jumped up onto the back of the vehicle. They turned around to see who it could be that was taking such liberties. They couldn't see anyone, but heavy breathing was heard, like when one has run hard, and they felt the breath panting against them. That invisible one followed along all the way to the church. There, he got off.
