English translation
It's been almost 40 years since Per Jansson in Stranne died. One evening he came driving past the mortuary. There, his horse was held fast by something invisible, and he almost never got away from there. But if he had only had the sense to step in front of the horse and look through the 'breeching' (the horse's collar), he would have been freed immediately. If you do that on such occasions, you will see who is sitting on the load, and it must then give way.

Det är väl närmare 40 år, sedan Per Jansson i Stranne dog. En kväll kom han och körde förbi likhuset. Där blev hästen fasttagen för honom av något osynligt och han höll aldrig på komma därifrån. Men om han bara hade haft så pass förstånd att han hade stigit framför hästen och tittat genom "bogskottet" så hade han sluppit lös strax. Gör man så, sådana gånger, får man se, vem som sitter på lasset och det måste då ge sig väg.
